Il Disco, viene infatti fornito con una serie di blocchi in acciaio che vanno a modificarne il peso da un minimo di 850 gr, ad un massimo di 1.20 kg. Il Kit in dotazione comprende, oltre ai blocchi peso, anche il cacciavite per la rimozione e la sostituzione degli stessi.
