Terms of sale
- These General Conditions of Sale govern the purchases of products and services made online by the buyer through the website owned by Scalise Sport Group SRL, with registered office in SS 106 Via Cotronei 1 Crotone, VAT number 02287740795.
- The contract concluded between Scalise Sport Group and the Customer is considered formalized with the acceptance of the order by Scalise Sport Group. Such acceptance may occur tacitly, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer. By placing an order through the methods provided, the Customer declares to be of age, to have examined all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment reported below.
- The Customer can purchase the products in the electronic catalogue on the website scalisesportgroup.com and when the order is placed it is possible to view it online at https://www.scalisesportgroup.com . Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Scalise Sport Group by means of an automatic response sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of the order execution and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used for any further communication with Scalise Sport Group. The message will also report the items ordered and all the data entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify the accuracy and to promptly communicate any corrections.
- All prices listed on the scalisesportgroup.com website are to be considered retail prices and therefore include VAT (22%). Scalise Sport Group reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice.
- In the case of purchases with Scalapay, the order is delivered immediately and the payment is made in three installments. Please note that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, to related parties and to their assignees, and that such transfer is authorized.
- Scalise Sport Group offers free shipping throughout Italy for orders over €79.99. However, for shipments outside of Italy a supplement will be applied. Furthermore, we recognize the right of withdrawal in accordance with current legislation. The deadline to exercise this right is 30 days. However, please note that if the product returned to the store is used or damaged, the return will not be made. In this case, please contact our customer service at ordini@scalisesportgroup.com to arrange the collection of the package.
