SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
- We offer free delivery nationwide for orders over €79.99; otherwise, the shipping cost is €6.99. However, for shipments to Venice and the lagoon area, there is an additional cost of €8.99.
- We usually ship the next business day after receiving your order or even the same day. There may be a delay of 1 or 2 business days in some cases.
- Once the package is handed over to the courier, we send the customer an email with a link to track the shipment. The delivery of the goods takes place within 48/72 hours throughout Italy via express courier.
- For international orders, we can ship worldwide upon request and offer flat rates and set delivery times for most European countries. For countries outside the European Union not included in the list, you must request a cost estimate by sending an email to ordini@scalisesportgroup.com , indicating the desired items, the destination country, and the postal code.
- *Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery for international orders under any circumstances.
